Reading Strategies for High School Students

The following websites offer valuable information to help students, teachers, and parents deal with reading comprehension problems. There can be many reasons for lack of comprehension including motivation, lack of background knowledge, vocabulary weaknesses, and organizational challenges. Teachers and parents can help students overcome these problems and become better readers by giving them many different reading strategy tools.
