Overview
This course will cover the basic elements of music composition and theory including pitch, rhythm, harmony, and ear training.

Aural Skills Trainer - this contains quizzes on various aspects of music, as well as detailed help files with tips and mnemonics. All of the quizzes are scored while in progress, so the user continuously knows how well they're doing, and it is easy to customize Aquallegro so it works the way you want it to. (for Mac)
Complete Music Theory Site - a GREAT site with a lot of practice tools - written and aural.  You can use it online or download a full copy for offline viewing in any web browser.
