1960s

▲ Major Gift Officer Steve Walsh '85 visited with Michael McKenny '65 in Jacksonville in early March.


1970s

General (Ret.) Joseph L. Votel '76 recently appeared as a guest commentator on Anderson Cooper. General Votel served as the 13th Commander of the United States Central Command.

Jim Landwehr '79 releases his first short story collection, All That It Seems, from Cornerstone Press on 4/14/2026. This is Jim's fifth book and is his first venture into fiction. He hopes to schedule a book signing at NextChapter books on Snelling/Grand in early summer. See more on his writing.


1990s

Laurel Waldoch Clift ’95 started a new position as Process Optimization Manager, Finance with Mortenson. Laurel also serves on the CDH Alumni Board.  


2000s

Ryan Harris ’03, former 10-year NFL veteran and Super Bowl 50 champion, joined Octagon.

Maria Boland Ploessl ’04 was elected for the 2026 National Young American Leaders Program at Harvard Business School and serves as Chief of Staff for Technology Commercialization at the University of Minnesota.

Hayley Berrisford Mueller ’06 was named a “2026 Women in Business” honoree by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Hayley is the Vice President of Advancement for HealthPartners Foundations.  She was the recipient of the 2024 “Signum Fidei” CDH Community Award.

Chris Thornton ’07 began a new role as Director, Business Process Management – Order to Cash at Cargill.
 


2010s

Madeline McCloughan ’10Chief of Staff at Augeo, was a panelist on AI transformation in the workplace. She was the recipient of the 2024 “Signum Fidei” Community Award at Cretin-Derham Hall.

Joe Miley ’11 is the founder and director of the Common Ground Program at CDH. The program received the 2026 Brother Michael Collins Award of Excellence at the 2026 Lasallian Association of Secondary School Chief Administrators (LASSCA) conference in Houston.

Jack Urdahl ’16 joined World Insurance Associates LLC as a Client Advisor in Chicago.

Erin Roberge DAT, MS, ATC, CSCS ’16, Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Green Bay Packers, is featured in the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Pennsylvania Western University Women of Performance series, a series featuring professionals shaping today’s sports science and athlete care.

Daniel Magnuson ’19 will join Ballard Spahr LLP in 2027 as a Summer Associate. He is a J.D. candidate at the University of St. Thomas School of Law.

Devyn Johnson ’19 started a new role at Stripe on the Sales Development Platforms Team.
 


2020s

J’Vonne Hadley ’20 is competing in March Madness with Louisville.

Zach O’Connor ’22 began a spring internship at ETS Performance in Edina and studies Exercise Science at the University of St. Thomas. Zach is an Elite USA Boxing Amateur Boxer.

Ryan Sherry ‘22 was nominated for the “Outstanding Senior Award” by the English faculty at the University of Kansas. Ryan studies English and Social Justice on the Pre-Law track.

Charlie Plum ’22 is a finalist for the Greater St. Cloud Trailblazer Challenge.  Charlie is a Pre-Physical Therapy student-athlete at College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University.

Lillian Geist ‘22 finished her senior season as a student-athlete with the Stonehill College Women's Ice Hockey team (Division I). Lily is studying Marketing and Communications.

Tre Holloman ’22 is competing in March Madness with NC State.

Lily Anderson ’23 won second consecutive Conference of New England Championship with Endicott Women’s Hockey. Lily is studying Marketing and Communications.

Christian Ortiz ’23 started a new role as Value Stream Team Lead at Andersen Corporation.

Raegan Marx ’24 accepted an accounting summer internship at HW & Associates and studies at the UMN Carlson School of Management.

Luna McLeod ’24 won a talent competition for Webster Vienna Private University and will travel to Geneva for the European finals. Luna studies Music at St. Olaf College.

Samantha Wells ’24 will join IDeaS Revenue Solutions as a summer intern. Samantha studies Finance & Marketing at the UMN Carlson School of Management.

Noah Hayes ‘25 starts a new position as a Security Professional. Noah studies Business Management at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and he is a student-athlete for the Football team.
