Mayor Her Visits CDH

CDH had the honor of welcoming Mayor Her for a special meet-and-greet with our community on March 27.

She was greeted by Daniel Tolson ‘26, Denise Bueno ‘27, and Ellie McQuillan ‘27, as well as students in Mr. Nuy’s AP Government class. Mayor Her introduced herself, shared what inspired her to run for mayor, and engaged students with thoughtful questions about their studies and what brought them to CDH.

She also met members of our baseball team, who presented her with CDH baseball merchandise, and even invited her to step up for a pitch, where she showed off some impressive batting skills.

During her time on campus, Mayor Her also enjoyed a brief tour of the school - and even expressed interest in attending our upcoming production of The Little Mermaid after hearing Daniel speak about his role!
