The ’98 squad was part of a streak that saw CDH win three state championships with 66 games in a row, the second-longest winning streak in U.S. high school baseball history. The “greatest high school baseball team in MN history” — the 1998 Raiders — had 350 hits, including 50 home runs, 87 doubles, 337 runs, and 290 RBIs for a .437 average batting average (all state records that still stand).
