Ten CDH students took part in the United Nations Association Spring High School State Conference on Monday, March 20. Over 20 schools from across the state participated in the conference, hosted by Macalester College.
Our students discussed, debated and proposed various resolutions based on topics including sustainable energy, refugee camps and international terroristic threats.
Two Cretin-Derham Hall teams took home top honors, winning Best Position Papers in the Security Council: Juniors Abby Aanonsen and Ruth Olson represented the Russian Federation, and Mary Arend and Amy Rueter represented France.
