More About the CDH Student Work-Study Program

The CDH Student Work-Study Program is built around a simple idea: students can take on real responsibility and earn meaningful rewards for their effort, including tuition savings, workplace experience, and the chance to grow into leadership roles. Participating students can earn up to $3,000 in tuition savings over the course of the year, while gaining genuine workplace experience, sharpening time-management skills, and developing the kind of accountability that carries well beyond the classroom. Students work across four areas, Facilities & Maintenance, Athletics, Communications, and Admissions, each offering a different way to contribute to daily life at CDH. As students demonstrate reliability and strong effort, they have the opportunity to grow into new roles and even leadership positions, mentoring the students who come after them. Students will also work in teams with their peers, and alongside staff members in each department for help and guidance as they use this experience and take it with them after their time at CDH.
