The JROTC Corps of Cadets celebrated their annual Dining-In on Friday, December 8 in the CDH Commons. Over 75 Cadets attended this annual event.
The Dining-In is a formal military ceremony which has a deep tradition, which includes a formal dinner, skits, shenanigans, and activities to foster camaraderie and esprit de corps. Strict adherence to proper dining etiquette must be followed, or a penalty will be enforced like drinking the dreaded grog.
In the photos below, President of The Mess, Leland Pornschloegl'18 oversees the "points of order" as the JROTC Instructors confirm the validity of a challenge.
