CDH Gala Celebrates Community
November 2, 2017
Over 300 alumni, parents, families, friends, neighbors, and faculty of Cretin-Derham Hall attended the 8th Annual CDH Gala. This year's Gala was held at the University of St. Thomas that featured a live auction, fund-a-need, and entertainment by the George Hottinger Blues Band. The honorary hosts for the evening were the Arnold-Long-Rancone families.
The live auction kicked off the evening featuring: a Private Dinner Party on Summit Avenue, Cabin Rental on Crosslake, the Paddle Board, Mike Ditka and Rob Jaworski Super Bowl Cigar Party, Villa Rental in Ixtapa, Mexico, and Kenny Chesney concert tickets. Thank you to our generous donors who contributed to the live auction.
An Incredible Success
A sincere thank you to everyone who made this year's Gala a great success. The Gala raised $255,000 that evening, plus two additional gifts totaling $100,000 made prior to The Gala. This year's fund-a-need provided funding for tuition assistance and technology. Thank you to CDH junior, Ryan Auran'20 who assisted with the live auction.
This support is critical to our mission and enables CDH to continue to provide affordable excellence for our students and families. The generosity of our donors is making a tremendous impact. See for yourself - take a couple minutes to watch the video that was shown at the event that highlights the wonderful things happening at CDH.
Thank you to the co-chairs of this year's event, Jerry & Jeanne Inserra Dolinksy'82 and Rob & Stefanie Phythian.
