CDH receives Excellence Award from Memorial Blood Centers

Cretin-Derham Hall has been recognized as the top high school in the state of Minnesota for units of blood collected through the Memorial Blood Center (MBC). In the 2013-2014 school year, the Service Committee of the Student Council, in partnership with the MBC, collected 358 units of blood. The traveling trophy that comes with this recognition will remain at CDH for this school year.

The theme for this 2014-15 Blood Drive is "Hero." The co-chairs of the December Blood Drive, Abby Rottjakob (l) and Meghan Vozbeek are pictured with the traveling trophy.  

The December Blood Drive will be held at CDH on Friday, December 5, 2014, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Auxiliary Gym. Anyone 16 years of age or older is invited to donate. Friends and relatives are also welcome. Questions should be directed to Patty Murray at pmurray@c-dh.org.
