JROTC Twilight Parade
May 11, 2017
On Wednesday evening, May 10, 2017, the CDH community joined the Raider Brigade for its annual Twilight Parade and awards ceremony. Despite afternoon storms, the weather cleared and a warm sunshine graced the field.
After the Reviewing Officer inspected the cadets, select members of the Corps came forward to receive awards they had earned for their performance and leadership potential. Our guest, Commander, Christopher Carter from the University of Minnesota's Navy ROTC, offered the cadets leadership advice based on his years of experience. The entire Brigade then marched past the stands to pass in review.
Finally, they conducted a change of command, transitioning the leadership of the Cadet Corps from the class of 2017 to the class of 2018. We are grateful for our seniors and wish them every success as they head into their future.
