Night to Fight Homelessness
November 6, 2016
LaSallian Youth "Night to Fight Homelessness" is an annual event hosted by our local LaSallian high schools, including Cretin-Derham Hall, Holy Family, De LaSalle, Totino-Grace, and Benilde-St. Margaret. A total of 65 students participated in this annual event.
Night to Fight, which was held on Saturday, November 5 at Cretin-Derham Hall on the varsity baseball field, gave participants a window into the reality of homelessness here in the Twin Cities. The event also helps raise funds to support programs that provide help to area homeless men, women and children.
In addition, participants had time to pray and play together. The evening also included speakers from a Twin Cities homeless program.
