Steve Frias'77 and Marie Frias'07, a father-daughter team, have launched Peppers & Fries, a unique burger and burrito restaurant in the Longfellow Neighborhood of Minneapolis. The restaurant's grand opening will be held the week of April 6-13 to coincide with Major League Baseball's season openers on April 6 and the Twins home opener on April 13.
