In November 2013, Tom Casper ’69 purchased The Copper Dome on the corner of Randolph and Hamline Avenues, across the street from CDH. After making improvements to the menu and the building, the new Tommy C’s The Randolph Griddle serves breakfast and lunch, Tuesday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Go to the website to learn more.
