Taizé Prayer

This prayer form comes from an ecumenical community in Taizé France. It is contemplative in nature, filled with musical mantras, litanies, prayers, intercession and silence. Taizé Prayer has become popular in parishes and other communities in the U.S.

Join us at 7 p.m. in the CDH Pax Christi Chapel. All are always welcome.

Each month we will include a short summary of each prayer session. You can find that information below.

The final gathering of the Taize' Prayer Community for this "school year" will take place on Earth Day, Sunday, April 22: "Taize' Prayer for Our Common Home."

However, we will NOT be meeting at our usual location nor at our usual time at CDH.

We are excited to be joining together in prayer with the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet and the Carondelet Village community at their gorgeous Carondelet Chapel, at Carondelet Village, 525 Fairview Avenue South, in St. Paul, at 4:30 p.m.

Plenty of free parking will be available right across from the Carondelet Village entrance, in the St. Catherine University O'Shaughnessy Lot.

So spread the word, tell your friends, and come and pray with us and the CSJ community for this most important cause during this blessed season of Easter. See you there!
