1960s

Thibodeau, Johnson & Feriancek, PLLP, Super Lawyers Magazine reported that Thomas R. Thibodeau'60 has been voted one of the 100 best attorneys in Minnesota for 2017.  Thibodeau was also honored by the Wisconsin and Minnesota Bar Associations, which recognized his special efforts for 50 years of faithful service in the practice of law in furtherance of the high standards and ideals of the legal profession, which is dedicated to public service and the administration of justice.  Thibodeau is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and International Society of Barristers and Diplomate of the American Advocates.



The Cretin Class of 1963 has regular gatherings for lunch on the second Thursday of each month at O’Gara’s. In July, they invited a special guest,  LTC James Fischer, CDH JROTC. LTC Fischer prepared a handout and spent much of the time describing the CDH's current JROTC program and how the 220 cadets and the military staff work to uphold the great 100-year-old JROTC traditions at CDH.


 

 

Duane Crosland'61 recently published a book, "I am Proud to be a Catholic: What is Unique about Being a Catholic." The book gives 25 reasons why a person should be proud to be a Catholic. The book is available through Amazon.

 

1990s

Ian Dale'96 stars in a new TV sci-fi drama network series, “Salvation,” which premiered in July.

Former Minnesotan Bill Hooper'96 hit the road to learn his wine-making before landing in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Read more.

2000s

Lauren Gibbemeyer'07 was featured in St. Paul Pioneer Press for her position on the U.S Women's National Volleyball Team just before the World Grand Prix this summer.

Ellen  Schafer'10 has been named the Head Varsity Coach for CDH Volleyball. Read more.

Andy Kempe'10 was featured in the St. Paul Pioneer Press article on St. Paul's Bike Cops for Kids program which aims to keep kids safe by connecting them with officers. Read more.

Casey O’Brien'17 overcame cancer twice to walk on at U of MN for Gopher Football. Read story.
